Joseph Njoroge, Senior Elder
Joseph Njoroge is the Founder and the senior Elder of Life Reformation Centre and also LRC Africa, a leadership Development Centre all based in Nairobi, Kenya. LRC is an organization committed to building people and systems both locally and globally through values based development principles, patterns and approaches.
LRC is a strong community whose members have joined their visions, resources, and products in one unified purpose while not losing hold of their unique and peculiar individual identity, vision and purpose. He has overseen its rapid development from a few members to a community comprising of professional groups, student groups, welfare programmes and various initiative for community development.
He is the Regional Coordinator of Congress WBN in the East African Region.
Joseph is a prolific international speaker and a recognized human resource development specialist and has designed, coordinated and facilitated numerous leadership training, organizational transformation and community-based programmes across East Africa.
He is married to Jane and they have 3 sons.
James Kamau, Senior Associate Elder
James Kamau is the senior associate elder and a member of the core leadership of Life Reformation Centre. He came to work alongside Joseph in 2001 and also participated in the birthing of Life Reformation Centre in 2002. James teaches extensively in Life Reformation Centre which allows the Regional Coordinator to focus more on Congress initiatives in the East African Region and beyond. He also teaches the Breakthrough School of Ministry (BSM).
He holds a Masters Degree in Theology and is an astute teacher who has lectured in several Bible Colleges in the country. James is also the principal of Northgate School Nairobi.
He and his wife Joyce have two daughters and a son.
Paul Kamau, Associate Elder
Paul Kamau is an associate elder and a member of the core leadership of Life Reformation Centre. He works in close association with the Regional Coordinator (RC) in the East African Region in overseeing the development of Congress Initiatives in the region. He is also actively involved in the youth development initiatives in LRC among other things.
Paul is a prolific speaker and a recognized human resource development personnel and has coordinated, facilitated and participated in numerous leadership training programs and community-based development programs and initiatives for over 10 years. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Communications & Technology from Moi University, Kenya.
He is married to Christine and has two sons, John and Amariah.
